Terms and Conditions

1. Who provides the service
Muktiflow is the trading name of Dana Sofía Noriega Arciniegas, in Bogotá, Colombia. Contact: sofia@muktiflow.com.
By using this site or any of its demos, you accept what follows. If you don't agree, simply don't use them: there is nothing to cancel and no account to close.
2. Who may use it
You must be 16 or older. If you are using this on behalf of a company, you are taken to have permission to do so.
3. What the demos on this site are
The demos are basic versions of the products, running on sample cases and data. They are real software running, not recordings, but they work on a prepared case, not on your information.
They do not carry the depth, integrations or configuration of a client implementation. A demo shows the capability, not the full scope of the product.
4. What you type into a demo
What you type stays yours. By typing it you give me permission to process it and show you the result, and to store it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Be aware that your run may be shown to another visitor as an example when the day's allowance runs out, without your email, phone or company, but with what you typed. So don't put secrets, other people's personal data or confidential information in there. If you want your run pulled from that rotation, email me.
5. Fair use
Demos are free and need no sign-up. They carry daily usage limits so they stay available to everyone. Once reached, a demo shows a stored sample result instead of generating a new one.
Automated use, resale, or attempts to extract the underlying models or instructions are not permitted. Neither is submitting illegal or offensive content, or another person's personal data.
6. What they do not promise
Content generated by a demo may contain errors. It is not legal, accounting, medical or financial advice and should not drive decisions without human review.
The site is provided “as is”. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability or of accurate results.
7. How far my liability goes
The demos are free. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages arising from using them.
None of this excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
8. What this runs on
The site and the demos run on third-party services, which carry their own terms:
- Google Cloud. Their terms ↗
- Google Cloud Vertex AI. Their terms ↗
- Resend. Their terms ↗
9. Engagements
Trying a demo creates no obligation for either party. Implemented products are governed by the proposal signed in each case, which defines scope, price, timelines and warranty. Where that proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins.
10. Ownership
The code, architecture and models behind the products belong to Dana Sofía Noriega Arciniegas and are reused across projects. The client receives a licence to use the delivered implementation, and their data remains theirs.
11. Personal data
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which covers the EU GDPR, the California CCPA, Colombia's Law 1581 and Brazil's LGPD.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, and any dispute goes before the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
That said: if you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not strip you of the mandatory protections of your own law, nor of the right to bring a claim before the courts where you live. Where they clash, whichever protects you more wins.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above marks the current version.
